The DMC-48 bag pulse single machine dust collector has the characteristics of simple design structure, high dust removal efficiency, and low cost.

Installation method

1. After the DMC-48 bag pulse single machine dust collector is assembled in our factory, it will be shipped to the site. For the type with ash hopper (Type A), the ash hopper and support legs will be installed on site. The inlet pipe on the ash hopper can be drilled and installed according to the actual situation on site.

2. When installing the DMC-48 bag pulse single machine dust collector without ash hopper type (Type B), in order to facilitate installation and maintenance, a grid mesh (made of flat steel, with a mesh size of 100 × 100) must be added to the installation base of the dust collector at the bottom of the box.

3. Before installation, a comprehensive inspection of all components of the dust collector should be carried out to ensure that they are intact and undamaged. If any missing, damaged, or deformed parts are found, they must be repaired and replenished before installation.

4. The installation foundation of the dust collector should be on the same horizontal line. If it is uneven, it can be leveled with a thin steel plate to prevent deformation of the dust collector.

5. The entire dust collector group should be thoroughly inspected and confirmed to be problem free before it can be put into use in the system.

6. When the dust collector is put into use in the system, the width, interval, and period of the dust cleaning pulse should be confirmed according to the actual working conditions, and the resistance loss and ash discharge of the dust collector should be checked to determine the efficiency of the dust collector.

7. Dust collector pipelines and ancillary equipment should be carefully painted and treated with anti-corrosion measures.
